Dada: Inspired By Marcel Duchamp, 'fountain',1917

Dada isFrench for rocking horse
Dada is German for goodbye
Dada is the name of a Swiss shampoo
Dada is art with no straitjacket
Dada's a gent's urinal

Being confronted by porcelain of a lavatorial design.
Yanks thechain of some thoughts about urine

It's 95% water.
2.5% urea
2.5% is a mixture of
salt, hormones, nutrients, and creatine

Over a life, the kidneys will clean
one million gallons of water into pee.

Sometimes it smells
Of asparagus, alcohol, coffee, garlic, ammonia

Sometimes it's coloured red
by beets or carrots.

A Clydesdale horse can pee 4 gallons per day
And an elephant pees 13 gallons…stand well back

Peecan whiten your teeth, the Romans told us
Or let you write invisible messages
21 million Americans can't pee in public places
Cat urine contains phosphorus,
It glows in the presence of oxygen

Da-dee-dada-dum….
