On this star so bright tonight,
I wish that things could be alright
Above this sky I wonder there
I wish you would just hug me like a bear
Together we are, together we’ll be
But I guess that’s not enough for me
I need you here all the time
But it seems you flip like a dime
All I want is you to be here and never say goodbye
And for you to hold me when I cry
One day I’ll look up and know you’re up there
For now you know that I really care
