Dancing Demons Poem by Jeremy Rodgers

Dancing Demons

Dancing demons
on the pulpits
playing rock-n-roll,
dancing demons or Jesuits
mocking the Holy Ghost.

Fornicators, idolaters,
what's this world become?
The 'church' put Jesus on the cross
and the Catholics hold it up
tokens of torture,
burn the Christian soldiers
and then they party on.

'Peace and safety, '
look how we've changed.
Can't you still see the blood?
Dancing demons
on the pulpits
that's not really love.

Jesuits invade us
try to ruin our reputations
and then they party on.

Dancing demons
on the pulpits
playing rock-n-roll.

The broken cross; the sign of peace
and the 'love' symbol
(cornea devil salute)

Dancing demons
on the pulpits
playing rock-n-roll.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
If you get the book by Jeff Godwin, 'Dancing With Demons'
it actually shows a picture of it, although I don't think those ones are Jesuits.
