Daring the Difference

My body is same as my wife's.
She also has the same limbs, brain and spine.
I have the seed producing field.
She has the seedling growing field.
Is it a difference?
I have a pestle
And she has the mortar.
Both are complementary.
Then what is the difference?
I excrete a lot of sweat.
She excretes menstrual blood.
Both are stenchy.
Then where is the difference?
I cant birth any one.
She decides to birth no one.
Is there any
Difference?

Then why do these
Black birds scream
We are different?
