Dark Days
My Life was on hold when you went away,
My hart like as i watched you walk away,
My soul cried out for you to return,
Lost in the shadows with no hope,
My days where dark and nights like pitch,
Fire in my eyes like the demons of old,
now i have seen you once again,
the light had returned, redemption at hand,
forever to be in the light of our love,
now i lay down and have the dreams of old.
