Darkness Poem by Payyton Egerstaffer

Darkness

I lay in the darkness.
Covered in cased.
Death surrounds me.
The devil has me in his embrace.
Fire is burning.
As I crumble from the heat.
Demons fly over head.
Adding fear to the emotions I can't beat.
Blood pouring from my face.
Never ending flood.
Pain deep with in my heart.
River pouring of blood.
I surrender to it and I die.
Fighting it I live in torment.
Needing my angel my love my life.
For in his arms I live in grace.
Heaven is in his eyes.
Love in his embrace
