DAYS AFTER-20

Have faith in yourself
You have mountains to conquer
Oceans and air to explore
To remain at the top for many many years

You have still it in you to make it
Uncover the real you that you are
Find the bulldog tenacity of purpose
That saw you through yesteryears

Think! you are in the best of health and spirit
As mighty and capable as anyone else
Things will start happening
Life will again start unfolding
Its spellbinding grandeur
And you will find yourself
In the game once more

Keep old age at bay
Once you grow old
How can you be young once again?
Why are you so eager to become old
When you are young enough
To carry yourself with youthful vigour
For many many years

Life is more lived in the mind
Keep your mind young and fresh
It will take care of your attitude and age
Your yesterday will reincarnate
With all its flavours and colours
And you will find yourself
In the seventh heaven once more

It is another innings
Nice and different
Circumstance is not the same
Change your stance
Take a fresh guard
Do not look at the bowler
You are up against
Look at the ball and boundary
You are to hit it outside
