And after

DAYS AFTER-21

Never leave anything to chances
Don't rely on fate
Play with all your heart
Meticulously plan your second innings
The way you had planned the first

Do not expect others
To make things happen for yourself
You have to take care of
The swing and bounce of the pitch
The turning ball and swing in the air

Build your innings
Instead of going for the shots
And having a go at the bowlers
Settle for ones and twos
You will have your opportunity later

Controlled aggression
Is what you need
Know not
When the ball may swing late
A googly, chinaman, flipper or
Carrom ball may be on the way
Play the ball on merit
That will see you through

Remain calm and composed
Judge the length and flight of the ball
Never get carried away
Do not overstretch
Play within yourself
Never panic, never lose patience
Take care of your tired legs and mind
You will be the winner at the end
