Day after

DAYS AFTER-29

At every stage
Life has a different story to tell
Each more fascinating, more beautiful
And promising than the other

You need to have
The eyes to see its spellbinding beauty
The ears to listen to its symphony
An unprejudiced mind to perceive
A throbbing heart to feel it

Life in between sixty to eighty and beyond
Is as creative, as enjoyable as worth living
As childhood and adulthood
If you do not feel that way
Is because you do not look at it
The same way as you look at childhood and youth

Old age has its charm and glamour
You are to explore it the way
You harnessed your youth and adulthood
It is a stage of life
Where you are free from
Routine duties and responsibilities
The tensions and anxieties that go into
The making of a successful life
The problems of building oneself
Grooming and taking care of a career
And the pressure to keep pace with others
The changing needs of time and fluctuating weather

Now you have the leisure
To become yourself
To go back to your love and passion
To begin life where from you left long since
For a change start living the way you want to
You will find how different and beautiful life is
