Dear Angel,
It's hard for me to say what I feel inside.
Every time I try,
My mouth goes dry and I start falling.
I know you need to hear those words though,
Your heart's lost in eternity.
And I want to be the one to set you free.
All I ask is that you give me a little time.
When I come around, I'm going to make you feel fine.
You wouldn't know me with the changes I'll make inside.
I'm going to need your help in making these changes though,
Just a little push from you to let the old me go.
And you will know
That the better part of me,
Is the better part that no one ever gets to see.
