Dear One Love Poem by Gio Masserati

Dear One Love

Dear you,

I wish I wouldn't
Have scared myself away
With heightened passions
Building in every way

That's what happened
Last time
Now I see
I let my passionate side
And fears take over
To get the best of me

For this I'm saddened
And now I miss you more
I don't want to say goodbye
Or ever close that door

Each day the odds
Are coming strong our way
That love expands
And grows in flows

With open palms
I stand
To hold your hand

A place to build
Our relationship in part
Because I believe
We deserve
A fresh
Brand new start
