Dear Stranger Poem by Georgia Hindmarch

Dear Stranger

Dear Stranger,
I know you're always busy
But please don't forget me,

The rift between us
Seems ever widening
I'm struggling to close the gap

I cannot do this alone
Won't you meet me in the middle?
Make it a joint effort?

Don't let me
Do this on my own,
I wonder if you care at all

Dear Stranger,
I'm running to catch up
But you're a lap behind
