Death Poem by Bob Cel

Death

Death

Go on, lead the way no need to worry I'm right behind you
I don't mind the quickness of the path
Or that they all lead to a common ground
After all is said and done we both know who it is that's envious
Life must seem a world of clutter and mishap to you
There's an irony in walking this path with you or
Do you walk it with us
Either way the outcome will always be the same
Did you ever stop to think why it is you never converse about life
It's because you have to have experienced it
We both know that when we reach our destination it's you who'll look back and wonder not me
