Death's Viewing Poem by Cheyenne Ashley

Death's Viewing

The church bells ring
A crowd fills the room
They sit in silence
Observing the event
Tears have vanished
Emotions a mix
The coldness invades
The darkness is thick
Everyone came
They all hold their breath
Everyone came
For the funeral of Death
