Death Valley Poem by Mystykka Mysterious

Death Valley

The night drew on a midnight chill,
Everything went on over the hill,
Everyone asleep in their bed,
Everyone knew,
But not a word be said.

They were asleep dreaming of peace,
Everyone remembers the day it seized,
That awful, awful day,
No one has anything to say.

What all happened was a blur,
Strangest thing to occur,
A world's thrill of devastation.
Everyone tried,
But since He took control,
Everyone died,
So did every animal.

We are the only livers,
Every stomach quivers,
Of the mentioning of that name.
Oh, that name, oh that name,
Even the name He.
Every nerve quivers inside me,
Of the strength of His power.
