Decay Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Decay

All allures of glamour
And fascination
Magnetism of charm
And loveliness
High-quality looks
Of prettiness and cuteness
Exquisiteness
Of delicacy and elegance
Gorgeousness
Of splendour and brilliance
Majesty and grandeur
Magnificence of
Glory and radiance
All beautiful objects
At a point of time
Bond to decay a day.

Daring a ride-
Willingly unwillingly
Non-stop horse of time
To reach the destination
Face decay somewhere
In the mid way.

Beauty-
Not sincere and loyal
Neither has it trusted
The relationships
Unnoticed slips away-
Even, from a tight grip.

Decayed mortal frames
Dashed to the ground
Like decayed flowers
Neither offered in prayer
Nor given to dear ones.
