Defeated Poem by rebecca hyer

The pain and hurt can cripple you
The things you want and must, you cant do
You lay on the couch or the bed staring at the wall
Wishing the darkness will consume you and take it all
You feel like you want to brake
Not one more second you feel you can take
The tears fall untill anymore you cant cry
You know getting up you have to try
But inside you feel so defeated
And like youll never be completed
Feeling as if the pain wont end
And your heart from this will never mend
