Delicate Patterns Of Love - Poem by Debora Short

At Evening dusk
We saunter in
Finding
Life’s table set
With finest damask
Covering that well
Worn oaken
Eating place
Illuminated with
Grandmother Mary’s
Candelabra
Delicate patterns
Of love
Embossing her fragile
Dinner plates
