Depression Comments

Depression is just a phase when your not productive and just have lots of free time. Get a hobby like, Yoga, reading, helping poor, defending someone good hearted, video games, Lumosity, teach, EDUCATE, (difference between both) , start a new, life is like a river that keeps flowing at a fast pace so don't ponder in silly things. I've been through this stage and well when your up you think youll never go down but when your down again you think you'll never get up but life keeps going. Oh yeah really important last thing, religion. honestly i wasn't that religious but now i feel better even though there's still doubt in me but its making my life more productive. Hope i helped and this isn't just for you its also for a lot of people who have the same thing. Sorry if i hurt you in any way its just that im new in this website and found many depression poems.
