Despair Poem by Paige DeRogatis

Despair

Melt into the bedroom, thy light of crystal moon.

Sitting on the crimson floor, wallowing in gloom.

Blood producing kisses dance across thy arm.

A pair of silent, starving eyes stare upon the harm.

Drops of scarlet diamonds trickle from the flesh.

A heart of one lost, darkened soul destroyed as useless mesh.
