Devotion Poem by Charlotte M

Devotion

Your skin is a whisper, soft against the light,
each curve a quiet prayer I cannot speak.
Every inch of you is holy bread I need,
a quiet offering on our unspoken altar.

The pulse at your neck, the heat of your touch,
nourish me more than I ever knew.
In the silence of your body, I find everything—
An ember ignites, engulfing us,
consuming us whole,
leaving nothing behind,
only the echoes of our devotion.
