Tingles in my feet
It hurts when i walk
Down the streets
I better watch what I eat
My sugar will make me pay
For weeks

Head ahcs
Blurred visions
poor curcirlation
These are the elements
Im facing

My heart starts racing
My health becomes
Impatient

Reality sets
I better not forget
To read the label

Before i eat
Even if its a treat
If it has sugar
Then i should
Retreat

Because diabetes
Can not be beat!
