Diana And Me Poem by donald sangster brown

Diana And Me

Rating: 5.0

Ah!
beautiful prisoner
desirable creature
accepting confines to
rigid constraints of status
envied for beauty
hiding to be free
humble lowly bushboy
sitting by the streets
pondering the infinite
yearning for a love seemed
destined out of reach
why this sad intelligence?
i percieve a reality and hurt
yet must accept
providence necessary brutality.

Destiny out of reach, and this is so very true, Donald! Blessings! ! !
