i wrote in my diary today
just scribbled with my pence
didnt know what to say
nothing made sense

i just made a jagged line
it has no meaning
from this mind of mine
on the edge leaning

i really have no feeling
just a heart of shards
the way you been dealing
from this deck of cards

what should i say
what should i do
just another day
in this life with you

for my diarys sake
let me know
should love i make
or should i go
