Discription Poem by elizabeth a. peterson

Discription

A smile is the best disguise
While acting might be wise
Though I'm crying til' the sun rise
And living with a bunch of lies

I know I keep looking back
and just can't stop keeping track
Sitting in my room
Seeing the walls
colorful, imaginable,
and wishing to hang on
Thinking to myself 'why? '
Wandering in the darkness at night
Searching for that blissful laugh
Yet she's lost, lost on the path
