Disoriented Poem by Kelly Batson

Disoriented

Rating: 4.0

I've been waiting for you
In this deserted house of agony
Once again the walls begin bleeding
Bleeding my tears, depth and will
Everything comes down at once
Who has love been intended for?
I want to weep in your embrace
But I will not be afraid of myself
I will sob awaiting pain's death
Crying, laughing; all in the same moment
Colored rain falls from sorrow
Smiles emerge in your memory
My dispute for intoxication
My emotions are disoriented
The dedication I hold for us
Could never; will not expire
I will hold it inside me always
I'll never regret; not one moment
That you've graced me with
Only good can come from us
Something so beautiful; so toxic
