Distance
You save me
From sadness,
And you make me smile,
I thank you for your kindness.
I care for you,
With a burning rage of soul,
Even when were blue,
You make me whole.
I wish you were here,
Closer to me, and my heart,
But we both live in fear,
Of the distance apart.
