Distance In Relationships Poem by ashok jadhav

Distance In Relationships

Miles stretch between us like a silent sea,
Each word a boat that struggles to set sail;
I feel your absence in the spaces we
Once filled with laughter, touch, and tender tale.
Time bends our voices, echoes grow thin,
And yet I carry you in every thought;
The heart remembers where the soul has been,
And clings to love that distance cannot blot.
In letters, calls, or dreams that drift at night,
We bridge the gap with courage, small and true;
Though bodies wander, hearts hold steady light,
And find each other in the shadowed hue.
Distance may stretch, but cannot break the chain,
For love survives the ache, the loss, the strain.
