Individuality is an undeniable feature seen in every thing from cell to the compound, tissues to limbs, body up to the person and then to the group, community, society and the nation. Still, all beings have one good common reason to remain bound together; that is the humanity, the single common factor that is inseparable in all such splinters, however much each is big or small.
