Divinely Ingrained (Sonnet #241) Poem by Tina Baaklini

Divinely Ingrained (Sonnet #241)

My heart is moulded by your tenderness,
Showered with the bounty of your sweet love.
Ask my heart about you and it will confess:
You're its divine bliss, its gift from above.

My heart is graced with every mark you leave,
Scented with roses, lit by tender hues.
As sacred temples feel what pilgrims weave,
You cherish my heart, which is part of you.

Blame not my heart for writing you love poems,
For your love I breathe, you flow through my veins.
Since time's dawn, you're my soulmate, my man;
Twin flames we are, divinely ingrained.

Together, our souls to heavenly skies soared.
O love, let's unite as before, as one soul.
