Diving Poem by men shall know

Diving

Rating: 4.3

A diamond stuck in a throat
Comfort food making a coat
wrap up warm miss energetic
enigmatic engine, built for progress.
Breakthroughs.
At last
Penetrate….
It was at mass
When that fumble to the soul
Spilt the future.
Get it off your chest-
Lie slanted
Lie upright
Lie to yourself
Lie to the big rimmed glasses
Hiding the darts,
The demons in the upper quarter
Glinted and tinted enough by the light
To be born again as redeemers-
Oh you should have seen us,
When the rock fist shook
And clattered the wily jaw
That spoke out of terms,
Once too often
And softened the tall crow man
Who could not bear it
And dare not wear it,
I was a sponge myself,
It hit me, and the agony was,
And still is, here, at home, now.
That’s why. Why I cry when I see it.
Progress! one forward none back.
At last.
But wait, its no good to me
I cant stop repeating
Where the rhythm
Captures me all over again.
Just like the first time
I am stuck on the crime.
Its worse now, it can mock
A little better
I wish I’d never met her,
And you.
Lets dive a little deeper
Get further underneath her.
But that’s all to come.
I’ve had enough.
Lets end it here,
For the day where we
Scrapped
Bottom.
