Do Not Expect Much From A Blind Love - Poem by Suki Nakamura
here we are again
talking and talking
arriving at nothing
going somewhere
on to nowhere
why? what is the matter?
i am asking.
your touch is no longer warm
on this cold December night
i know the reason but you must
not tell me
i beg
do not say the words
do not be harsh to yourself
nothing hurts more
than leaving and pretending that you
come back someday
leave now, i swear, i know
how to live alone,
go.find your place. find love.
