you sit as if you're gonna cry
and don't answer when someone asks why
people are getting tired of your game
because it is always the same
don't act so innocent and weak
why are you being a freak
don't you miss being happy
you never are anymore
do you even know what a smile is for
god don't be a cry baby
it's bringing me down
must you wear the frown
why don't you try
it's not so hard
better than to sit by yourself and cry
because surely you must
