Don't do this to me,
Don't lead me astray,
Don't make me promises today.

Don't do this to me,
Don't tell me what you want me to hear,
Don't make me shed a tear.

Say what you mean,
Say it well,
The truth comes out,
Time will tell.

Say how you feel,
Be truthful to me,
It's a game we're playing,
One day you will see.

So don't rush me,
Don't make decisions now,
Let the fun flow,
It will make sense somehow.
