Don’t ever wonder why I don’t care
Cause you have taught me not to
Through all I have tried to be there
You have told me not to do so
So now I don’t and it does not matter
For you see, you made me nonexistent
So in spite of all this useless clatter
Remember I am no longer consistent
I’ll keep to myself since that is safe
And that will also be wrong
But how much do you expect me to face
Til a breakdown comes on strong
Damned if I do, damned if I don’t
So maybe I’ll just do what I please
Making you see, no, because you won’t
So I have to do what I do, to put myself at ease.
So think what you want, do what you dare
Doesn’t really matter much to me
I’m empty inside, so now I don’t really care
But one day, when it’s too late, you may just finally see.
