Don'T Forget About Me Poem by James Barrs

Don'T Forget About Me

Sometimes you just need to say something,
a little peep to let the world know your still here,
be cautious with that squeak, the wolves may be
listening. Then again, so to may be the friend,
who forgot about you for a moment. Who
answers in kind, to break the silence,
to ease the mind. To remind us we're important.
