Don't Shout At Me!
Don't shout at me when I am small
remember that I will be tall
and all the things you teach today
will be what leads me on my way
if all I learn is I am wrong
it really wont be very long
before I'm in a worthless state
of self denial and inner hate
A smile, a kiss a tender touch
will always mean so very much
and if you teach me what I'm worth
ill be a credit to this earth
