He has temporally left for his abode
He gave us a tune to chant
To stand for truth, humanity and man
He loved the Brahmaputra, its people
And the soil
We couldn't measure him
Due to our foil
Bhupenda, may your soul rest in peace
We will remember you
In our tragic course of race.
