Sing a song for the shattered heart, tattered pieces - feels like a dart;
All she has is a ray of hope, i hope she can take it, i hope she can cope;
She is in love with a guy of steel, when he said no, he hoped she would heal;
Her future is uncertain her present is a delay, he just wouldnt budge be what may;
Her love is the Nile trust is Everest, She told herself that she would never rest;
For there was something in her possession, she called it hope and I called it determination;
The moment he hurt her was the moment he died, he searched for his heart but there was nothing inside;
The guy of steel was a man of stone, not only her heart did he own;
But the smile on her face and the dimple on her cheek, he couldnt face the truth he was too weak;
For the girl in the dream was real he thought, all this sadness upon himself he brought;
He couldnt let go of a single fact, that the girl in the dream was never intact;
