A snowflake twisting and turning in the air
Passing everything else
falling weightless until it reaches your hair
You say you're confused about something
I ask if I could help in any way
You look at me with all the sadness and say
I think it would be better if I just go away
I ask why you would say that
And with the snow coming down all around us now
You tell me that it's true
I ask you wholeheartedly but how
In the distance I see
Children sledding cheerfully with glee
Except for all my wonderance
Why everything goes so wrong with me
My life is like a snowflake
Twirling to everyone so beautiful
But to me it's like a plane crash
Falling from the sky
Twisting and turning with an Erie sense of peace
Until it hits the ground with out notice to anyone
Just another snowflake in the sky
Wondering why mine is the way it is
Falling briskly toward the ground
As everything slows down
It all seams calm
Perhaps I have made it
Or maybe this is just a dream
The brisk eventful snowflake dream
