Dream Of You - Poem by Kaustubh Patthe
I got a dream, a dream of you,
You were there alone standing in white,
Ravishing, more than I ever knew,
Like the angel from the heavenly sight.
You are in the thoughts of my mind,
Like the blood through my veins, like the rainbow after the rain.
It’s the love that binds (us) ,
Like the way you emerge in my dreams, like the way water runs through streams.
You held my hands, you touch my soul,
And it was my dream that you stole.
You were there; we talk for a while,
You smiled at me, and we walked for a mile.
It was a feeling sane and divine,
And it’s the world where you are only mine.
