Dreams Are Funny Like That
And just like every single dream
I've ever dreamt of you ends
unfortunately I wake up
a sobering feeling when I open my eyes
and you are nowhere to be seen
yet, the beautiful waterfall that we just kissed under
has left its flow of water
and it's passion in my ears
dreams are funny like that.
