Driving Down Doomsday Road Poem by Mansa Haruna

Driving Down Doomsday Road

Rating: 5.0

When I look around my community and I see so many cars; so much so that the ratio of cars to men is 2: 1, then I know there is something wrong with my people. It is a psychological problem. When people prefer to drive around and wait in traffic instead of spending time at home then you know the problem has gotten to the level of a crisis. Men and Women competing for gazes from the so-called unfortunate pedestrians.

“Hey look at my car! ”

The more bizarre the car and clandestine its inhabitants the better and more fulfilling the destructive gaze.
