Due to Attention Deficit Disorder
Many poems are short, not long
While Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Results in poems been unwritten

Not to judge or be judged
By those who follow the trail of Ritalin
By adding up the numbers
Embossed on Adderall

A daily dose of Dexedrine
May have catastrophic side-effects
And I for one can't believe that adults or their children
Are somehow buying into all of this
