Dust Of Grave Poem by Chukwuebuka Adebayo

Dust Of Grave

Mama is getting old
I need not to be told
The world is fading its shame
I fear only to tarnish my name
My locks are getting their gray
I've got no more here time to stay
To correct my foolery and flaws
But to just be pragmatic in my laws
No more pouring in empty holes --rices
To see the rooms filled with little miles
I'm changing theories and rules
Just to see i get my heart loosed
From men's old innocency and beliefs
Full of cruelty and higher mischiefs
I'm letting them slip away though it pains
Like the dust of grave in the rains.
