Each day is
a struggle to go on
Against the inner darkness-

Each day Fear must be contended with-

Each day Courage is required
To make the steps into Reality
One needs to survive with-

Each day is a song of joy
And light and happiness-

And many small pleasures-

Each day is laughter at oneself-

Each day is all the contradictions
The day and one's own life brings-

Each day
Is a struggle to go on.
