Eating Habits
Disease is the upshot-
Of wrong practice put into exercise
For years and years together since long.
Forming habits irrelevant and bad-
Man being the master of his own fate
Life meaning the formation of good habits.
The secret of good health lies
Lies in taking time bound food and yoga
Having good restraint in one's eating habits.
