Fairy tale it all seemed
The end seemed yet afar off the sea
A friend I knew I'd seen
And yes everything I felt I had fixed
Echoes of Survival was I told to behold
My eyes alone could see nothing so bold
Clear wit all terms of life in the old
A walk I had promised to uphold
His pain I could see
Yet far off for me to reach
Every attempt I made seem so free
Yet with so much with no hurtful fee
A price I lied I was prepared to pay
A life with ruins with no one willing to stay
Yet, I alone I'm convince could wait to pray
A prayer I was told would end a play
Echoes of Survival was I told yet again
To Survive I say is to gain
A victory I knew could end all in pain
A place unknown that drives you insane
Reality became my eventuality
A sad one to behold as calamity
One I never imagined would end in scarcity
With me drawn into a war within a city
The end I knew had come
One I tried to savage as I watch it burn
All efforts I watched with no where to run
A war I had to let go and run
Peace, Peace, Peace
Peace after the war on sea
One I'll never pray I have to see
But to exit as I flee
To survive I must
As the echos of survival I must embrace
