Edward (Twilight) Poem by Carol Ball

Edward (Twilight)

Rating: 4.5

His voice as smooth as velvet,
His arms are hard as stone,
but they'll wrap safely around you,
when you're all alone.

His neck as cold as ice,
His eyes as warm as fire,
When you look deep in them,
No way to be a liar.

He won't live without you,
Death would be a better choice,
but when that makes you shiver,
He'll warm you with his voice.

He'll tell you not to worry,
that it won't happen soon,
He wouldn't leave you alone,
with those dogs that howl to the moon.
