Efflorescence Poem by jessica owens

Efflorescence

Encompassed by the constant musings
Of the unfathomable silence.
Death's delicacy.
Life's callowness.
The ground's efflorescence knows not
That the mortals disdain comeliness.
Still she blooms,
Ignorant of ignorance.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
i wrote it remembering myself in a garden, i was daydreaming and my thoughts went from thinking of the silence, to thinking of the flowers being unnoticed by so many people.
